I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were pre-stocked with snacks and drinks, spacious, and super comfortable, making it a cozy retreat. The service from the valet staff was top-notch, especially when they switched our room to accommodate our family of 5. The location was perfect for exploring downtown Louisville, although there were some minor disappointments. The dining experience was outstanding with a delicious variety of options. Overall, a great value for the money with some room for improvement.
